Terry "TJ" Thomas is the co-founder/ director of Texas Impact 4:13 Basketball program. Texas Impact was established in 2012 and has become one of the most respected programs in the nation. This program has a reputation of successfully helping young adults receive scholarships for college through their summer basketball program.
